• Provided beverages during the event.
  • Guests begin their experience with a hot cup of tea to ready their mind and body and finish their experience with a glass of cucumber or citrus water to flush toxins and awaken them. (Studio J is known for its variety of healthy beverage choices such as loose green, herb & fruit and rooibos tea (all very high in anti-oxidants).
    

• Food can be brought in by your company or we can arrange catering for you.
  • We recommend healthy choices low in sugar and fat.

• Music and ambience will be customized for you.
  • We recommend dimmed lighting and soft music for both day and evening events.

• Treatments (2 to 2.5 hours):
  • Sapphire hands & feet experience – revitalising treatments characterized by its softening and calming effect.
  • Full body scrub with orange body peeling cream – helps fight stress and brings well-being.
  • Detoxifying body wrap with green tea – anti-oxidant treatment to eliminate liquid and toxins.
