Welcome to Gentle Yoga with Roxanne, where the emphasis is on calming your mind, focusing on our breath and strengthening the body with gentle movement. Focusing on basic Asana’s, healthy joints and stretching, practiced at a slower pace, this is a class for all levels.
I feel that gentle Yoga is something most everyone can do. We become more aware of our body and our breath as we take our time moving between stillness and poses. To me, awareness of how our body interacts with our mind and breath is the true essence of Yoga.
