Curing Poor Posture: Part 2

As Published in Chamber of Commerce News May 2014:

One week later. My goal was to better my posture while working at my desk. I designed a plan. I set a timer for 30 minutes, at the end of which I did a 20 second chair stretching exercise. Then I restarted my timer and at the next reminder I made myself get up and move about for a minute before I sat back down. I repeated this cycle throughout the day, as long as I remained sitting.
